Breast Generates More Milk When It's Empty

It's really true. I haven't left my baby if he do not reach 2 years old. But this time I have to let my hubby took care of my baby since I have to go for outstation.

Hmmm...I can get 5 bottles a day when I was attending 3 days seminar at Bukit Gambang Resort. It's an unbelievable experience I've ever had...So, don't worry if you need to go for outstation..keep on expressing your breast milk.

Mommies out there...believe in yourself..you can do it...My EBM for 2 days..
